Course Content
Çeşitli büyüklükteki müteahhitlik (yüklenici-yapımcı) firmalarının genel yapısı ve organizasyon şemaları. Şantiye kuruluşu. Şantiye yönetimi. Sahadaki teknik işlerin yürütülmesi. Şantiyede idari işlerin yürütülmesi.İş programları, Gannt-CPM-Pert-MPM metodları. Şantiye bütçesi ve muhasebesi. Uygulama sözleşme hükümleri gereğince yapılacak idari ve hukuki işlerin tanıtımı.
Objectives of the Course
It will be possible to realize an investment as "economically"as planned only if the capasity (powerequipment-material) of the enterprise responsible for the production and the flow of the working program is planned and organized accurately. It is being aimed to provide the students with necessary information on the methods which render planning and organization controllable and "how"to establish and manage construction size.
