Course Content
Bu ders kapsamında, her hafta farklı temalar ve seçilen edebiyat ürünleri üzerinden eleştirel mimari/mekansal okumalar ve tartışmalar yapılacaktır. Bu bağlamda ele alınacak temalar arasında, mekan-zamansallık, modernitenin eleştirisi, banliyo hayatı, kapitalist mekan, ütopya-distopyalar sayılabilir.
Objectives of the Course
This course will study how time, space, and people are represented in literature and architecture. At the intersection of these two areas, the predetermined themes will be examined at. Through the spirit of the eras and philosophical/intellectual turning points, it seeks to critically investigate literature, the thresholds in the evolution of architecture, and the city.
