Course Content
To define the concepts of settlement and rural settlement, vernacular architecture, and to learn traditional housing texture and plan typologies. To gain knowledge and skills about street texture, plan scheme, interior furnishing elements.
Objectives of the Course
To inform future architects about vernacular and traditional architecture, which are the products of society; to examine the solutions they bring to universal problems and to introduce local and traditional architecture from which lessons should be learned.
