Course Content
The goal is to create relationships between the built environment and the building to be designed on a sloping or flat terrain within the urban fabric; to experience simple building/building group design processes that focus on the main idea/concept and the organization of multiple spaces; to consider concepts such as energy efficiency and accessibility in this process; and to gain the ability to solve structural and construction-related problems.
Objectives of the Course
The course aims to enable students to reach the following levels of knowledge and awareness. Sample project topics: student dormitory/kindergarten/gym/boutique hotel/art gallery Scope: approx,500-1500m2. Hand drawing and Computer design.
