Course Content
Theories of consumer behavior, psychological and sociological foundations, various psychological, situational, socio-cultural factors of consumption process; use of consumer behavior in marketing strategy; consumer research and marketing trends affecting the world in Turkey
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to comprehend consumer behaviors from a sales point of view. It is aimed to understand how the internal and external factors that affect the decision-making processes, consumer processes and behaviors will be differentiated and how these differences will affect the marketing strategies of firms.
