Basic concepts of consumer behavior; Perception, learning, motivation; Self and personality; factors affecting consumer behavior; consumer behavior and marketing mix
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to analyze consumer behavior and to teach sociological, economic and psychological factors affecting the decision making process of the consumer.
