Course Content
The Concept of Negotiable Instruments within the Scope of Negotiable Instruments Law, Fundamental Properties of Valuable Documents, Evaluation and Transfer, Types, Ziyaı and the Cancel. Foreign Exchange Notes, Classification of Bills of Exchange: Policy, Bills and Check. Legal Nature and Shape Conditions of Liability, Responsibility of Interrupter, Transfer, Acceptance and Payment, Use of Application Rights. Aval and Interrupt. Characteristics of bills and checks.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to examine the general principles, theories of negotiable instruments law and the problems in practice.
