Production concepts, production economics-production management relations, main objectives and areas of interest of production management, long and medium term production planning, long and medium term main decision issues.
Objectives of the Course
To introduce the basic concepts and main decision issues in the field of production management; To introduce and apply the main methods and tools in production / operations management.
