Course Content
The place of managerial accounting in financial information system, basic concepts of cost and management accounting, structural analysis of costs, cost information as management decision tool, profit planning, variable cost management, additional cost decisions, activity control and short term planning, expense control, operating budgets, management control, measurement of effectiveness of managers, reporting.
