Course Content
Strategic management, business environment to evaluate the internal and external factors affecting business, the opportunities and threats in the functioning of the corporation, as well as determining the superiority and weakness of enterprises to adapt to the environment today and / or future strategies and policies to develop, implement and supervise with the idea and case study deals with the analysis.
Objectives of the Course
This course examines how the decisions of the organizations are evaluated, examined and how the decisions they take in the future can be directed. In contrast to other business courses such as marketing strategies, accounting, finance, organizational behavior or human resources, Business Policy course deals with organizations as a whole.
