Course Content
Commercial business law, corporate law and negotiable instruments law will be examined under three main headings. Commercial business, merchant, commercial business, commercial books, merchant assistants etc. topics will be covered. Under the title of company law, the concept of company, general information about the types of companies, common company, collective company, limited company, anonymous and limited company types etc. topics will be examined. The concept of negotiable documents under the title of negotiable instruments law, the classification of valuable documents from various angles, policies, bonds and checks
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the students basic information about the subjects covered within the scope of commercial law.
