Course Content
Basic concepts about management, features of management, basic features that should be found in managers. Changes in Organizational Structures from Classical Approach to Present; Comparison; Basic functions of management, development of management theory, organization and environment relations. Classical Management Approach, Behavioral Management Approach, System Approach, Contingency Approach, Internal and external environment of the organization, Communication between Organizations, Organizational Culture
