Course Content
This course discusses the factors necessary for successful project management. Topics include project management concepts, requirement definition, project manager, teams, project organization, project communication, project planning, programming, control and related costs. Software tools for project management will be an integral part of the course.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to teach the planning and control techniques in order to be successful, and to learn the concepts and methods that play a role in project success by approaching with their technical and social dimensions.
