Course Content
Organizational Behavior I (Fall Semester) is the first part of a one-year curriculum on Organizational Behavior / Development. Chapter one focuses on individuals: attitudes, job satisfaction, emotions and moods, personality, values and motivation. This course is to inform students about issues related to human behavior in organizations. Students will examine the behavioral effects affecting productivity, organizational effectiveness and productivity.
