Course Content
The philosophy of quality management systems is a holistic understanding of the system as a whole, which sees quality as a common customer-focused function of every element in this whole. In the most general sense, the achievement of the qualification targeted at an organization is the whole of planned and systematic activities carried out with the aim.
Objectives of the Course
In today's world, large development societies living in the field of information, technology and communication are being dragged into a fierce competition and economic race where new developments are experienced day by day. The globalization of world trade has expanded the scope and boundaries of competition, and the number of participants in the race has increased steadily. Also, those who participate in this race are qualified every day. It is no longer enough to meet customer expectations, but beyond customer expectations. Businesses can only survive by providing goods or services that are consistent with customer needs and expectations in all sectors. For this reason, it is imperative that the Quality Management System, which covers all stages from design stage to production, marketing and after sales services and targets continuous improvement, is a must.
