Course Content
Drawings, sections and montage drawings of machine elements (screws, nuts, bolts, washer, camshafts, pulleys, pins, perforations, rings, rings, springs, gears, bearings, valves etc.).
Objectives of the Course
To provide the students with the knowledge and skill of drawing machine pictures and assembly drawings, making machine designs, reading the drawings.

Week Topics
1 Geometric tolerances and surface quality symbols
3 Drawing principles of screws, nuts, bolts and washers
5 Templates of machine elements (screw, wedge, rivet, welding etc.), gear and eccentric drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
9 Introduction to design geometry, points, lines, intersection points, line and surface openings, parallels, perspective.
13 Assembly drawings and applications.
