Programme Qualifications

1 To have sufficient knowledge about physiotherapy and to use the theoretical knowledge in place.
2 To be able to interpret and evaluate data, identify and analyse problems, and develop evidence-based solutions by using the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field of public health.
3 Understanding the basic concepts of physiotherapy methods, basic measurement and evaluation in physiotherapy, and understanding the relationship between various therapy methods and other branches of science, learn to explain and use.
4 To know the duties, rights and responsibilities related to physiotherapy technician, to act in accordance with professional principles and standards
5 To be able to evaluate the basic knowledge and skills acquired in the field with a critical approach, to identify and meet the learning needs.
6 To have and apply detailed scientific theoretical knowledge about electrotherapy
7 To have a good command of general terminology used in the field of medicine
8 To know the basic biomechanics and kinesiology of the human body and to be able to use this knowledge in the field
9 To know the physiological effects of superficial and deep temperature agents and to apply them in the light of this knowledge
10 Using evidence-based practices in studies related to the field of physiotherapy
11 To know and apply the effects of water and aquatic exercises on the human body
12 To have social, scientific, cultural and ethical values in the stages of collecting data related to the field and announcing the results.
13 To have sufficient background in the subjects required by Physiotherapy, Sports and Exercise Physiology and Massage techniques; to be able to use theoretical and practical knowledge in these fields. To gain application skills by examining the processes related to the field in public and private sector organisations.

14 To gain knowledge and skills about physiotherapy methods that should be applied in diseases related to the field (orthopedic, rheumatological, neurological, cardiopulmonary and infectious diseases).
15 To have scientific theoretical knowledge about basic medical sciences and to be able to apply them in the clinic.
16 Students will be able to follow the professional English courses that they will see in the following years, after undergraduate; and they will need in their professional lives; English grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension at the level that will form the basis of English,
17 Characteristics of Turkish in terms of structure and meaning, basic works, expressing oneself in society, using language correctly and effectively
18 To have knowledge about the events, ideas and principles in the birth and development process of modern Turkey
19 To have an entrepreneurial spirit in the field after graduation
20 Uses information technologies and at least one computer software (European Computer Driving Licence Advanced Level) effectively.
21 Students will have the knowledge of what the Turkish-Islamic civilisation brings to the individual and society, how and in which content the Turkish-Islamic culture will provide optimal benefit for the human being to be a social being, and that the culture of living together is not only exclusive to the present but also covers the past and the future.
