Course Content
Brief information about the Karatay Madrasa, its faculty, foundation charter, and architectural features. Concepts of civilization and culture, the fundamental elements that paved the way for the emergence of civilization. Fundamental sources of Turkish-Islamic civilization, founding elements of Turkish-Islamic civilization, and some reflections of Turkish-Islamic civilization.
Objectives of the Course
Our goal is to cultivate a contemplative, productive mindset that idealizes serving all humanity through the value placed on humanity by our nation, the founder of a great civilization, the meticulousness it displays regarding justice, its dynamism, and its experience of living together with communities of diverse cultures and beliefs. By renewing these values, we aim to foster a contemplative, productive, and shared values of serving humanity. By introducing the Karatay Madrasa, the inspiration for our university's name, and the great Turkish statesman and founder of the Karatay Madrasa, and its center of knowledge and wisdom, we aim to remind everyone that we are members of a deep-rooted and profound civilization through the understanding of "From Madrasa to University."
