Course Content
This describes the stages involved in the execution of a final judgment and the structure of the administration of correctional institutions.

1 The definition, principles, sources, criminal law sanctions, and purposes of sanctions in execution law, execution of prison sentence
2 The rights of prisoners to meet and communicate with others, to work, to fall ill in the correctional facility, and to leave the facility on leave.
3 Conditional release is the act of leaving a correctional institution under probation.
4 The issues of a female inmate being with her child, an inmate refusing breastfeeding or treatment, an inmate being prohibited from leaving the country, and an inmate's religious rights.
