Course Content
The role and characteristics of the registry system within the judicial organisation; registry staff and their duties; registry procedures and practices in first-instance civil courts; registry procedures and practices in criminal proceedings; registry procedures and practices in first-instance administrative courts; clerical work and procedural practices in enforcement and bankruptcy departments and enforcement courts, clerical work and procedural practices in higher courts, official and judicial correspondence procedures, the UYAP system
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with a basic understanding of the structure of the judicial administration, the organisation of the registry (clerical services) and the relevant legislation; to teach them about the processes of correspondence and document management within judicial bodies; and to equip them with the skills to prepare judicial documents in accordance with the rules of official correspondence.
