Course Content
The legal profession and its history, conditions for admission to the legal profession, solicitors' contracts, solicitors' rights and obligations, solicitors' legal liability, professional bodies, the concept of notarial practice, conditions for admission to the notarial profession, notaries' rights and obligations, professional bodies, notarial procedures, notaries' liability and supervision.
Objectives of the Course
The primary objective of this course is to learn the law governing notaries, who confer official status on proceedings between lawyers, one of the founding elements of the judiciary, and the parties involved.
