Course Content
The course covers the judicial bodies to be consulted for dispute resolution in civil law disputes, the competent courts, general principles of litigation, types of lawsuits, filing a lawsuit, the investigation phase and the procedural procedures of the parties and courts at this stage, the activity of proof in litigation, the burden of proof, evidence and the judgment phase, legal remedies for changes made through the appeals court, special legal procedures, provisional injunction proceedings as temporary legal protection, and arbitration.
Objectives of the Course
Civil Procedural Law is a field that serves to claim and protect the subjective rights of individuals arising from substantive law. This course aims to demonstrate how to seek protection, fulfillment or compensation for the violation of subjective rights arising from private law, and thus to ensure the general peace that civil procedural law aims to achieve, and to teach the methods of resolving disputes between the parties.
