Course Content
Under the title of General Theory of Crime, the elements of crime, special forms of appearance of crime, and in Sanction Theory, penalties and security measures are discussed.
Objectives of the Course
It is to reveal when behavior constitutes a crime and what the sanctions are for the behavior called crime.
