Course Content
During the course, entrepreneurship information, preparation of a business idea, business model, marketing plan, production plan, management plan and financial plans are prepared to prepare a business plan, how to set up a new business and once the establishment of the critical decisions and administrative requirements are aimed to be taught.
Objectives of the Course
The course mainly focuses on Der entrepreneurship plan, business modeling, how to take a decision to establish a new business, a business idea, marketing plan, production plan, management plan and financial plans and to transfer them to the work plan in accordance with KOSGEB or TUBITAK projects. Difficulties and opportunities encountered in operational terms and the structure of relationships in small businesses.
