Course Content
Competencies used by managers and leaders, leadership models, tools used by leaders during the act of managing, the relevance of emotional intelligence and transactional analysis to leadership, creating a corporate culture, the leader's exit strategies from difficult situations, reasoning about events and situations, goal setting and managing decision-making processes.
Objectives of the Course
The purpose of the leadership course; To comprehend the importance of the managerial position, To raise awareness about leadership competencies. To understand the situational leadership that institutions need more than ever in the current VUCA (Volatile), Uncertain, Complex, Ambigious era, To express the response of toxic managerial behaviors on the institution and personnel.
