Course Content
The development of ERP and fundamental concepts, core modules of ERP systems, Accounting and Finance Management Module, Material Management Module (Purchasing, Inventory and Warehouse Management), Sales and Distribution System Module, Production Data Management (Product Trees and Workflows), Production Planning Module (MPS, MRP, CRP), Production Control Processes Module, Quality and Maintenance Management Modules, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Corporate Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard), Human Resources Management, Introduction to ERP Packages (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and applications.
Objectives of the Course
To inform the student about the design, installation and operation of systems called ERP, which incorporates all the management functions of a corporate company or group of companies as software.
