Öğrencinin iş hayatında stratejik düşünebilmesi ve iyi bir stratejist olabilmesi için, SWOT analizi tekniğini, uygun stratejik seçimlerde bulunabilmeleri için portföy analizi tekniklerini ve kullanabilecekleri stratejileri öğretmek.
Objectives of the Course
To evaluate the internal and external environmental factors affecting the enterprises, to develop the ability of analysis to ensure the adaptation of the business to the environment, and to transfer the necessary knowledge to the students to determine the strategies and policies that can be followed in order to compete in the markets.
