Development of ERP and basic Concepts, Basic modules of ERP systems, Accounting and Finance Management Module, Materials Management module Purchasing, Stock and Warehouse Management), Sales and Distribution system Module, Production Data Management (Products and Workflows), Production Planning Module (MPS, MRP, CRP), Production Control Operations Module, Kaite and Maintenance Management Modules Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Performance Management (Balanced Scorecard), Human Resources Management, ERP Packages (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc.) introduction and applications
Objectives of the Course
To inform the student about the design, installation and operation of systems called ERP, which incorporates all the management functions of a corporate company or group of companies as software.
