Course Content
The "SWOT and 6 Sigma" course offers comprehensive training in strategic management and quality management. The course covers topics such as the basic concepts of SWOT analysis, identification of strengths and weaknesses, analysis of opportunities and threats. Additionally, 6 Sigma methodology, DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) processes, 6 Sigma tools and techniques are discussed.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the "SWOT and 6 Sigma" course is to provide students with in-depth knowledge and skills in strategic analysis and quality management. With SWOT analysis, analysis methods that can be used effectively in strategic planning and decision-making processes will be taught, and 6 Sigma methodology and process improvement and problem solving techniques will be explained in practice. This course aims to provide students with the tools and approaches necessary to be successful at both strategic and operational levels.
