Basic Concepts of Engineering Economy, Cost-Benefit Concept, Cost-Benefit Analyzes, break-even analysis, comparison of investment alternatives, renewal decisions
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to provide students with the ability to apply economic analysis methods to economic problems encountered in the field of engineering, to evaluate alternatives by analyzing them according to economic values within the framework of profitability criteria, and to decide on the selection of the most suitable one by making comparisons between them.
