Course Content
This course covers digital transformation in the insurance sector, InsurTech, big data, data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital customer experience, data security, cyber risks, cybersecurity, cybersecurity legislation, cyber risk management, the scope and coverage structure of cyber risk insurance, and claims practices.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to understand the basic concepts, practices and current developments related to digitalisation, digital insurance, cyber risk, cybersecurity and cyber risk insurance in the insurance sector.
