Course Content
This course covers the concepts of claims and compensation in insurance, the examination and management of claims processes, insurance adjusters and claims assessment processes, compensation stages, and subrogation procedures.
Objectives of the Course
TThis course aims to equip students with the skills to manage claims processes, conduct claims investigation and reporting, manage compensation processes, and perform subrogation procedures within the insurance industry, enabling them to become effective claims management practitioners.
