Course Content
İş hukukuna genel giriş, İş hukukunun temel kavramları, iş kanununun kapsamı ve iş sözlesmesinin tanımı ve kapsamı, işin düzenlenmesi (haftalık,yıllık calısma saaatlerı,ücretli tatiller,yıllık ücretlı izin vb.), 6331 sayılı İSG mevzuatı, iş güvenliği ve sağlığı konusu ve kapsamı, iş kazası,meslek hastalığı tanımları ve sonuçları, iş kazasının sebepleri ve ortaya çıkan durumlar, ILO (Uluslararası çalımsa örgütü) ve WHO( Dünya sağlık örgütü) kapsamı ve faaliyetleri, Küreselleşme ve çalışma hayatına etkileri, Sosyal devlet ilkesi ve kapsamı, 6356 sayılı sendikacılık ,toplu iş sözleşmesi mevzuatı tanımları ve kapsamına değinilmesi

Understanding and comprehension of the principles of labor law and accordingly the examination of positive regulations related to labor law and obtaining the theoretical and practical information about solving individual labor disputes in practice
