Course Content
5684 sayılı Sigortacılık kanunu ve sigorta acenteleri yönetmeliğine göre Aracı sigorta işletmelerinin tanımları ve tasnifi, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanununda işlendiği haliyle Tüccar yardımcıları bağlamında acentelik. Genel sigortacılık sistemi içerisinde acenteliğin rolü, önemi, durumu, Aracı sigorta işletmeleri olarak Acenteler, Brokerler, Aktüerler, Eksperler, Kanun ve yönetmelikler çerçevesinde sigorta acenteliğinin kurulması, acentelik sözleşmesi-(tanımı, hukuki niteliği, tarafları, unsurları) acentelerde aranan nitelikler. Acentelik türleri-Elementer sigorta şirketlerinin acentelikleri, hayat ve bireysel emeklilik sigorta şirketlerinin acenteleri) Acentelerin yetkileri, Acentelerin hak ve sorumlulukları, Müvekkil sigorta şirketinin hak ve sorumlulukları, levha kayıtlarının önemi, levhaya kaydolmak ya da levhadan silinmenin şartları, sonuçları. Acentelik sözleşmesinin sona ermesinin taraflar açısından sonuçları-(Portföy hakkı, Komisyon hakkı). Sigorta şirketleri hakkında genel bilgi, branşlara göre acentelerin aldığı komisyonlar.
