Course Content
Bu ders kapsamında normal çalışma süresi, fazla çalışma ve fazla sürelerle çalışma, gece çalışması, hazırlama, tamamlama ve temizleme işlerinde çalışma, telafi çalışması, kısa çalışma ile işçinin ücretini alarak dinlenmesini sağlayan dinlenme sürelerinden ara dinlenmesi, hafta tatili, ulusal bayram ve genel tatiller ve yıllık ücretli izin incelenecektir.
Objectives of the Course
The concept of working time is not defined in the Labor Law, but the time elapsed from the moment the employee enters under the order and instruction of the employer to the moment he leaves is considered as working time. The rest period is a result of the principle of protecting the worker that prevails in Labor Law, and the workers' right to rest was accepted as a social right and guaranteed in the 1982 Constitution.
