Course Content
In this course, current developments and basic concepts in occupational health and safety law will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
Today, occupational health and safety is considered as one of the most important issues of Labor Law. Occupational health and safety refers to the effective protection of life and health against the dangers that may arise from the work, working conditions and tools and equipment used by the employees and to provide an environment where employees can work in a healthy and safe manner.
