Course Content
Within the scope of this course, the termination of employment contracts of the workers within the scope of job security law and the workers within this scope will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
The Labor Law numbered 4857 introduced the job security system, abolished the freedom of termination system in terms of legal relations within the scope of job security, linked the birth of the termination right to the existence of valid reasons specified in the law, loaded the burden of proving these reasons on the employer, and and for the idle periods, the worker should be paid up to four months at most.
