Course Content
5510 sayılı Sosyal Sigortalar ve Genel Sağlık Sigortası Kanunu ve konuyla ilgili çıkarılan yönetmeliklerde yer alan düzenlemelerin yargı kararları ile birlikte değerlendirilmek suretiyle incelenmesi.
Objectives of the Course
Sosyal sigortalar ile ilgili temel kavramların bilinmesi, sosyal sigorta türlerinin incelenmesi, konuyla ilgili güncel gelişmelerin öğretilmesi ve bu konuda lisansüstü bilgi seviyesine sahip olunması.
