Course Content
With the enactment of the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining, the Law on Trade Unions No. 2821 was abolished. Accordingly, radical changes were made in the Trade Unions Law. Within the scope of the course, the basic concepts of trade union law will be examined by taking the decisions of the Court of Cassation into consideration, as well as the changes made in the law of the trade unions with Law No. Accordingly, the establishment, activities and organizational structure of the unions, membership to trade unions and union guarantees are among the basic issues to be examined in detail.
