Course Content
In this course, the current problems of labor law and related solutions will be examined within the framework of changing legislation and the latest Supreme Court decisions. In the content of the course, the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations, Maritime Labor Law and Press Labor Law will also be examined comparatively.
Objectives of the Course
It occurred in the Labor Law No. 4857, issued in water in 2003, both in the Law and in the decisions of the Supreme Court. Due to the dynamic nature of individual labor law, laws and legislation, called statutory laws, continue. When the review was examined, current developments were examined.
