Course Content
Accordingly, after examining the authorization process in collective bargaining agreements, the content of collective agreements, types of collective agreements and the issues of collective bargaining for a period, finally, the application area and termination of the collective agreement will be examined.
Objectives of the Course
Significant changes have occurred in the Collective Labor Agreement Law with the Law No. 6356. Within the scope of this course, the ""Right to Collective Bargaining Agreement"", which is regulated in the Law No. 6356 on Trade Unions and Collective Bargaining Agreement and guaranteed by Article 53 of the Constitution, will be examined with examples of practice.
