Course Content
Types of developmental assessment (screening, diagnostic, monitoring), observation techniques, structured and unstructured tests, standardized developmental tests (Denver II, AGTE, etc.), data collection and analysis processes, reporting, and ethical principles.
Objectives of the Course
The purpose of this course is to provide an understanding of the theoretical basis of diagnostic and assessment tools used to determine children's developmental characteristics and to teach how to use these tools in a practical manner.
