Course Content
This course is designed to introduce the basic concepts of scientific research, the research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods) and the properties of measurement tools. The course covers theoretical knowledge about research question and hypothesizing, sampling, the research ethics and reporting.
Objectives of the Course
The aim of the course is to explain the concepts of research techniques process, sampling methods, data collection methods and analyze and apply the processes of scientific research. Student will have the skills of research planning, hypothesizing, select appropriate data collecting tools, interpret collecting data and reporting. Contributing to the planning of interdisciplinary studies by taking into consideration the evidence-based practices is also aimed.
