Objectives of the Course
This course is an introduction to the real estate development world, development processes, stakeholders in these processes and strategic planning of the process The approach is discussed. Special emphasis is placed on strategic planning and it is emphasized that the competitive characteristics of each product should be planned independently of the sector.
