| Methods and Techniques | The course is conducted through interactive case analyses, group discussions, and academic article reviews as learning methods. Objectives of the Course
The aim of this course is to enable students to critically analyze the historical development of management thought and the main management theories. Students will comparatively examine classical, neoclassical, modern, and postmodern management theories to evaluate organizational structures, leadership, decision-making, motivation, innovation, and change processes within their theoretical foundations. The course also aims to discuss the contribution of management theories to contemporary business practices and sustainable management perspectives.
