Course Content
Human resources and strategic management; determination of human resources strategies, implementation of human resources strategies, evaluation and development of human resources strategies.
Objectives of the Course
Strategic management is a process that is formed and implemented with the participation and contribution of all employees, not only the top management. In this sense, it is aimed to give information about strategic human resources which will ensure the participation and contribution of all employees to strategic management and to teach how to apply this information.
