Course Content
The course covers advanced financial analysis techniques, analytical methods and decision support tools. Students will study topics such as capital structure decisions, risk management strategies, evaluation of investment projects, mergers and acquisitions in depth. New developments in financial markets and global financial management strategies will also be covered. Case studies and simulations will be used to put the theoretical knowledge into practice.
Objectives of the Course
This course aims to develop students' analytical and strategic skills in financial management processes and to understand and apply advanced financial analysis methods. By analyzing complex financial data at the doctoral level, students will gain a better understanding of investment decisions, risk management and company valuation. They will also gain the ability to develop solutions to real-world financial problems through case studies, simulations and applied work.
