Course Content
Understanding the basic information about organizations, organizational structures and processes, presenting the elements of organizational structure, the determinants of effective organizational design, the structural designs that managers can use and the conditions under which these designs will be valid. Examining and discussing new organizational and managerial approaches to developing and changing organizational structures.
Objectives of the Course
To examine the basic concepts of Organization Theories and design, classical and contemporary thoughts and ideas, important elements and factors, and the relations between them with a broad and detailed perspective.
