Course Content
The course covers fundamental principles of Islamic finance, interest-free banking systems, Islamic financial instruments, insurance, and investment mechanisms. Additionally, global applications of Islamic finance, regulations, ethical and sustainability aspects, and developments in FinTech are evaluated.
Objectives of the Course
This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive perspective by examining the fundamental principles of Islamic finance, its place within the financial system, and its differences from conventional finance. Topics such as Islamic banking, financial instruments, insurance, and investment mechanisms are analyzed, while applications in different countries and regulatory frameworks are explored. Additionally, contemporary issues such as the ethical dimension of Islamic finance, its relationship with sustainability, and its integration with modern financial technologies are discussed. Through practical examples, students will enhance their theoretical knowledge and develop advanced analytical skills in the field of Islamic finance.
