Course Content
The definition of real property, subject, scope, types of real estate property, legal procedures for the acquisition of real estate property, unregistered acquisitions and the other reasons for acquisitions, professional principles and ethics.
Objectives of the Course
In this course, the theoretical and practical application of ethics and required real estate legislation for profession, the basic principles of property law, concepts, subjects and scope, relation between real estate valuation and applicable law, basic concepts related to legal aspects of valuation is aimed to gain by architecture program students.
